Distributions

Food

  • The Food Bank for Monterey County hosts food distributions every 3rd Thursday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at Saint Theodore’s Church.
  • Gonzales Community Food Pantry will be hosting a food distribution at 9AM on Friday (every 3rd and 4th Friday  of each month) at the Mission Annex on 4th & Day Streets.
  • Clothing
  • Gonzales Community Church Clothing Closet is open Tuesday-Wednesday  from 2PM to 4PM  & Thursday 1-3PM at the Mission Annex located on 4th and Day Streets.

  • We will be having our next Council Meeting on Monday, August 5th at 6PM in the Gonzales Council Chambers located at 117 4th St.
  • Narcan is now available at the Gonzales Fire Department, 325 Center Street Gonzales, CA 93926.

  • Summer Movie Night at the Pool stop by and catch some yummy snacks and beverages or bring your own and enjoy the night by the  pool watching Trolls. Saturday August 3rd @8:45pm Doors will open at 8PM. Child fee $5 (ages 2-17) Adult fee $7 (+18 and over) TICKETS FOR SALE AT CITY HALL OR AT THE POOL! *All children under 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • The City of Gonzales Kid Power After School Program will be returning on August 12th. Ages TK-5th grade. Snacks/homework/activities included. Last day to register August 11, 2024. TO REGISTER: www.teamsidelines.com/gonzales 
  • The City of Gonzales is seeking a Public Works Intern with at least two years of college completed. This position offers a flexible schedule that can adapt to your needs, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Term is four to twelve months.
