The Gonzales Police Explorer Program is a career-oriented program that provides youth the opportunity to explore a career in law enforcement by working side by side with law enforcement Officials while volunteering in their community.

To qualify as a Gonzales Police Department Explorer, you must be at least 14 years of age and under 21 years old. All explorers should live in the city limits of Gonzales Unified School District. Each Explorer must maintain a 2.0-grade point average (GPA) in all school work.

To apply, complete the Police Explorer Application and submit to the Gonzales Police Administrative Office.
