THE CITY IS IN THE PROCESS OF ADOPTING THE NEW STATE BUILDING CODES. Effective Jan. 1, 2023, the 2019 state building codes will be replaced by the 2022 codes. Applicants who currently have appointments booked in 2023 and who want the 2019 codes applied to their projects must upload their project plans by December 30, 2022.
