Services are offered on Tuesdays from 2:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. in the Gonzales City Council Chambers, 117 Fourth Street.

Walk-ins are welcome, but to ensure your time with an advocate, please call our office to set up an appointment at 831.442.7700 or 831.899.0492.  Individuals seeking legal assistance must speak with us directly, be at least sixty years (60) old, and live in Monterey County.

Our practice areas include Financial Elder Abuse, Social Security, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Advance Health Care Directives, Wills, Consumer and Debt Collection problems, Probate-Guardianships and more.

 Legal services are provided free of charge, but donations are always appreciated.
