City of Gonzales Information

  • All City of Gonzales business offices will be closed from December 23-27, 2019 and on January 1, 2020 (offices open December 30 & 31, 2019)

  • If you are going out of town for the holidays, please sign up for the Gonzales Police Department's Vacation Watch Program (free to all Gonzales residents & businesses)

  • Pick up the form at the Gonzales Police Department or download here first

  • Consider spreading the holiday joy by picking up a "Gift Wish Tag" at the Gonzales Police Department

  • There are gift wishes for toys and clothing for children from newborn to 17 years old (gifts are due back to the police department by December 20, 2019)

  • City of Gonzales Winter Day Camp is enrolling now! Sign up at Gonzales City Hall

  • City of Gonzales Recreation is now registering youth ages 3-14 years for youth basketball (program begins on January 13, 2020)

  • December 14, 2019: Sign Up NOW for Gonzales Little League 2020 (Starbucks, Gonzales)

  • Discounted fees if you register before January 2020!

  • Faith group special holiday services are listed for those who are interested

  • If your group is having a special service and is not listed, please contact KICK Kiosk staff and we will be happy to share your information with the community

  • December 12-13, 2019: Gonzales Adult School is hosting a Youth Mental Health workshop in Spanish (see slide for details)

  • GUSD Winter Break is December 19, 2019-January 10, 2020: Please make sure your student attends ALL required days of school (lost school days can affect student educational outcomes)

  • It's not too late to bring your Gonzale Food Pantry non-perishable food donation to Mechanics Bank in Gonzales (see list of suggested items on the Kiosk)

  • December 24, 2019-January 1, 2020: Monterey County Free Libraries Gonzales Branch will be closed for a winter break
     

  • GUSD Parent Cafecito Schedule: Gonzales High School & La Gloria School will not meet in January
