The nomination filing period for becoming a candidate in a November City of Gonzales Municipal Election begins on a scheduled day in July of the election year and is open until a set date in August of that year.

Nomination and Candidate documents can be found at the Office of the Gonzales City Clerk. The Clerk's office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
